Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page summarises how cancellations and refunds work for tours booked on this site. The full terms are in our Booking Terms.

Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup time and everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Within 3 days of departure

Within 3 days, including no-shows, 30% of the tour price is charged because the car and guide are already committed. If you paid in full, we refund the other 70%. If you paid the 30% deposit, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is due.

Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

If we have to change or cancel

If the monuments are officially closed, we move your date free of charge or refund you in full. If a boat, the old pass road or a theatre session cannot run, we adjust the day at the same price, as described in the Booking Terms.
