When you book or contact us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, hotel, number of guests, and anything you tell us about dietary or mobility needs. Card or PayPal details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by us; the card is used for both full payments and deposits.

Why we use it

To deliver and manage your booking, reply to your questions and meet our accounting duties. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing unless you ask.

Who sees it

Your name, number of guests, pickup hotel and special needs go to the guide, driver and licensed local partner running your day. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is told the amount still due. Payment providers, our email provider and our hosting company process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking records: 10 years, as required for accounting. Support conversations: 24 months. Abandoned checkout data: up to 30 days.

Analytics and third parties

This site uses no analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
